Installation and maintenance :
1, the product installation for the flange connections , joints should be sealed , no leak of material phenomena .
2 , feed preceded to load debugging , and disc pendulum should be flexible and freely without touching and unusual noise . Debugging should pay special attention to the correct position switch must be determined , when the valve plate in place off the Kai , the switch can be closed , then the right .
3 , the transmission part of the butterfly valve to give adequate lubrication , oil filling on a regular basis .
4 , is strictly prohibited large foreign bodies falling into the valve , so as not to block the gate , resulting in closure of lax .
5, periodic inspection and cleaning valves , electrical enclosure shall not accumulate dust, no water for washing motor and electrical components .
