TH series of bucket elevator is the upgrading product of the HL-bucket elevator.Compared with HL type.TH type of elevator possesses the advantages of larger transmission capacity,higher degree,more stable and reliable operation and longer lift and so on.Main technical performance parameters meet the national standard.
The structure and feature of TH series of bucket elevator
(1)The capacity of the bucket closes to the actual volume of filling,plus the speed increases,the conveying capacity increases nearly coubled than that of the same bucket ofthe HL as follows.
(2)Top and bottom sprockets use assembly structure to facilitate the replacement flange and to low maintenance costs.
(3)The lower part uses tensioning device with a heavy hammer leveraged style that automatically maintain a constant tension,avoid slipping or falling off linked chain so that itis conducive to normal operation.
(4)Traction is linked to high-intensity ring .Affer heat treatment,it has a high tensile strength and wears resistance and therefore it keep a long life.

The conveyor bucket comprises to bucket type ;ZH medium-deep bucket is generally applied for the distribution of wet,stick materials and materials that are so difficult to thrown out ,such as Green,sand,fertilizer,alkali powder,clay,etc,SH deep bucket is generally applied for distribution of dry ,loose materials and materials that are easily thrown out ,such as gravel,lump coal,cement raw materials,cement and slag,etc.
The conveyor bucket is for machine-loading mixed or gravity unloading .It is applied to transfer small pieces of powdery and low pondering type of materials of which packing density is less than 1.5t/m3 and humidity is not more than 250℃.The main technical parameters are shown in the following talble.
